Basic RV Rules

Check-in time is 1:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am on day of departure. Late check-out may be arranged by contacting the front office.

We ask you to please consider the resort quiet time from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.
Basic Lodge Rules

Check-in time is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am on day of departure. Late checkout may be arranged by contacting the front office.

Please be reminded we are a non-smoking resort. Should you find it necessary to smoke in your guest room, there will be a $200 minimum charge added to your room.

We ask you to please be considerate of our resort quiet time from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.
Pets

For the safety of your pet, our staff and other guests, no pets are to be left unattended at any time. Please do not tie your pet up to any outside post or fencing and keep them on a leash at all times. There is a designated, fully fenced, dog run area for off-leash use. We also have horse corrals available for rent on the property. For rates and package options, please contact us.
Cancellations
RV Park Policies
Deposits and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance will be collected fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable.
Group RV Bookings: A deposit of 20% of the total reservation cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance will be collected Twenty Eight (28) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests for medical emergencies or natural disasters will be reviewed by management if valid proof is provided.

Lodge Policies
Deposits and Payments: An initial non-refundable deposit of $20 for all room bookings. For stays over 7 days, the non-refundable deposit will be equivalent to the first night's stay. The remainder of the balance will be collected five (5) days prior to the arrival date, at which point it becomes non-refundable.
For Lodge group bookings, an initial non-refundable deposit of the first nights stay will be collected, and the remaining balance will be collected ten (10) days before the arrival this will then become non-refundable.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests for medical emergencies or natural disasters will be assessed if valid proof is provided. In this case we will consider giving a credit for the stay.
